Are you kidding? You may as well have a canary kept in a cage. Cats are meant to wonder free of their own accord. How very sad (and selfish) that you choose to captivate an animal that is meant to wonder free.

go to the pet shop ask for lions mane plug the holes with it it puts ragdoll of going near it as it smells of a big cat

I have a ragdoll cat my self… he is 16 years old, and the only time he steps foot out of the houst is with me on a leash, which he handles very well… Ragdolls are quite dumb when it comes to being outside and you are running a big risk letting him out.. I would suggest not doing it, and electrical fences are just mean overrall

Havent seen them designed for cats but they sell fine electric wire fences designed to go round the edge of a pond to keep herons away. That would do the job – look at your local garden centre in the aquatic section. xx
