  • I Have A Half Manx, Half Siamese Cat, The Litter Box It Changed Daily, But It Still Smells Terribly. Any Ideas?

You can try another brand of litter and/or sprinkle in some baking soda. If your cat will accept a covered box, these help a lot.
A smelly box, however, is often the result of smelly poop or pee, and that is a result of diet. Take a look at your cat’s diet and try a better quality food that has meats as the first ingredients, has no corn, and no-to-few by-products, lay low on the fish, and I bet you’ll see…I mean smell…a huge improvement.

    • We use paws premium scoopable cat litter. It works really well. We have a good many indoor cats, and its scented, super absorbent, and it eliminates odors. Its for multiple cats. um, it could be his/her diet causing it to stink. we switched our cats gradually to purina complete formula. this has made our cats very healthy and very fat. our biggest cat weighs 19 pounds and our smallest kitten [using purina kitten chow] is 1.1 pounds and he is only 3 weeks old. so yeah. and with the switch we have noticed the smell has gone down good because they are eating healthier. so, hope this helps.

    • you change(not scoop) the box daily and it still stinks? may be a medical condition check with vet.
