What Is The Difference Between Clipping A Puppy’s Ears Or Tail And Declawing A Kitten?
Posted on February 7th, 2010 11 commentsI was raised on a ranch, I helped brand cows and castrate sheep. I just bought two Bengal kittens and while I understand that the procedure is brutal, I have an older cat that I had declawed and she never missed a beat, she dose everything she needs to do with her back claws. If declawing a kitten is so horrible and mean why do people clip some breeds of puppy’s ears or tails? How is that different? Any insight anyone might have on adjusting from a ranch girl to a city pet owner would be appreciated.

Female Ragdoll? Male Ragdoll? Any Difference In Personality?

Anyways is there any difference in personality of female and male ragdolls?
I have always had female domestics that have been on the ‘biotchy’ side so I am a little worried about having a female cat.

What Is The Difference Besides Looks Between A Calico/ Siamese /persian Cat?
Posted on December 19th, 2009 4 commentsCalicoes are not a CFA/TICA/ACFA purebred cat. They have brown, black, and white coloring.
The traditional Siamese is a light brown color, with darker markings on the nose, paws and tail. They have short hair and usually a narrow face along with a generally thinner body structure.
*There are other kinds of Siamese cats such as a Snowshoe, Flame Point, etc.
Persians are long haired cats with flat faces. There are all different colored Persians and they are usually smaller cats. -
