My 3 Month Old Ragdoll Started Peeing In The House..help?

I have had him for a month. The first month there were no accidents. In the last week I found a cat bed and a kids foam chair covered in urine.
i took him to the vet and he got a clean bill of healh.
Why do you think he started peeing and what can I do to 1. Get the smell out and 2. Get him to stop. Nothing is worse then cat urine!
