How Can I Socialize An Adult Bengal Cat? He Is 2 Yrs Old, And Lived Most Of His Life In A Cage, Real Sweet?

He is really sweet: no growling, hissing….. just is really untrusting, He will let you rub him, once you ever touch him. Does anyone have any tips, other than time, and gentle approach ?
