My Bengal Cat Doesn’t Seem To Like Cat Treats…?

i have another who we suspect is part Bengal who also doesn’t like treats. we’ve tried a couple different brands…Also, my cats have Feline Herpes (which presents with cold-like symptoms and conjunctivitis) So my question is really this: I give them a vitamin supplement, Lysine, to boost their immune systems. I mixed it with tuna. My first two cats ate it, but the Bengal won’t touch it. Is it a breed thing that she doesn’t seem to like the things regular domestic cats like?
