  • Help With Name For New Cat?

Posted on February 24th, 2010 admin 7 comments

I’m not very creative with names. I have 2 beardies and their names were Number 1 and Number 2 until a 7 yr old girl named them for me. I’ll be getting a boy cat in Feb. I have a Snow Spotted Bengal girl named Binnie. I’ll be getting a Brown Spotted Bengal boy that will have a golden background with black spots. He’ll be 9 mos old in Feb. (I’ll be done with breeders then.) I want him to have a funny name, not the typical boring name. Only one I came across is Meouch. I thought of Armani but that’s not funny, sounds more uppity and spoiled, but I’m considering it. Thanks in advance. And I always choose a best answer.

I have an English Mastiff and a Pomeranian. I know Mastiff’s get along with other dog’s in a whole as a breed, but what about cat’s? I was thinking about getting an Asian Bengal kitten, but that is an awfully big dog to just test it out without know first what the breed standard is.

My cat is now 10 years of age, and at first the Vet was thinking he had a tumour on his brain. It now looks like he is an epileptic. He has been put on Phenebarbital tablets which I give to him every 12 hours.Since being on this medication he has been seizure free for 2 months now.Which I am so thankful for.I would just like to ask anyone here…if they have any knowledge about epilepsy in cats.I appreciate it very much if you could give me some advice on this topic. Thanks inadvance for your replys.:-)

  • Help With Cat Toilet Problems Please?

Posted on February 16th, 2010 admin 2 comments

I have a 1.5yr old male bengal who is normally very well behaved in the toilet department however lately over the last two weeks he has taken to poohing and weeing on my flatmates duvet covers. He has a hutched litter tray which he’s always been diligent at using and which is cleaned out regularly but recently he gets spooked on exiting it and flies out of it bringing the excrement with him. Any thoughts on how I can solve these problems? I may find myself having to look for another home if he doesn’t start behaving =(
